We rent a house for short or long term rent. The detached and fully furnished house with two parking spaces is located in 67707 Schopp in a preferred residential area about 8 miles south of Kaiserslautern nearby a forest.

With 1,420 square feet of living space and 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, it is ideal for one oder two people. The 1,420 square feet are divided as follows: a cloakroom, 570,5 square feet living-dining room, two bedrooms, shower room with tube and a 258,3 square feet large kitchen. In the basement there is a big party-room with pool table.

The house was completely renovated in 2019 and rebuilt after the latest energy saving measures.

Energy-saving windows

Throughout the house special energy-saving windows were installed. Instead of double glazing, all windows have triple glazing. So the heat stays in the house.

Whole Roof insulated

The ceiling to the roof was elaborately insulated against heat loss. The heat stays in the house and does not escape through the ceiling and the roof. Also the front door was changed to an energy-efficient front door.

Automatic Thermostats

All radiators were equipped with automatic thermostats. So you can adjust the desired room temperature in each room to your needs.

Ceiling fan

In the living room a big 5,25 feet ceiling fan with the latest energy-saving technology was installed. Instead of the usual 3 levels, the fan has 6 levels of speed. So you can adjust the fan exactly to your needs. The ceiling fan is conveniently controlled via a remote control. The fan has a summer and a winter function. In summer, the fan cools the apartment and in winter you save up to 30% on heating costs.

LED lighting

The lighting of the apartment has been replaced by energy-saving LED lighting. So you do not unnecessarily spend money on expensive electricity.

Remote control for heating

Just set the optimal program for heating once. With the remote control for the heating you regulate everything automatically from the living room.

Monitoring the level of heating oil from the living room

The remote control to monitor the level of your fuel oil will not only show you the level of your fuel oil. The remote also calculates your average consumption of fuel oil. So you can immediately read on the monitor, how your heating behavior on the consumption of fuel oil.
